At S.A. TALKE, safety is not just a priority—it is a mindset continuously developed across the organization.

We recently conducted a Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) Train-the-Trainer program, led by our HSSEQ Corporate Manager, Mr. Ahmed Al-Khatib. The program aimed to equip selected employees with the skills required to conduct BBS training and promote safe behaviors across teams.

Participants were trained to identify risks proactively, lead safety conversations, and reinforce a strong safety culture within their respective operations.

This initiative reflects S.A. TALKE’s commitment to building internal capability and ensuring that safety knowledge is shared and sustained across all levels of the organization.
